June 14, 1941 ~ April 4, 2024 (age 82) 82 Years Old

Myrna Thomson Obituary

Myrna passed peacefully surrounded by family after a short battle with her health. She has gone to join her grandson Marty Jr and great grandson Kristian along with her parents Albert and Lavona Olsen, siblings Shirley, George, John, Betty, and Irene.

She will be forever Missed by her husband of 65years Gary, her Children Marty, Cathy, Lloyd, Gary Jr., and Geraldine. Grandchildren Joan, Kris, Barbie, Kyle, Travis, Ashley, Jacob, Joel, Justin, Aleasha and Josh. And 23 great grandchildren.

Myrna’s life was filled with family of hers and Gary’s which was very large. Her crafting was her passion and of course cooking for everyone, she was a giver. She also enjoyed her time and made hundreds of friends at the Courtenay Fish and Game Club.

Always loved and never forgotten.

There will be a Celebration of Myrna’s life Fallen Alders Community Hall, 3595 Royston Road, May 11/24 from 1 – 4.
