Kenneth Gerard Bellefontaine

Ken passed away on May 28th at the age of 60 after a short battle with cancer.

He was born on March 30, 1965, in Charlottetown P.E.I. to Joseph and Helen Bellefontaine.

As a young man he joined the Canadian Armed Forces on October 15, 1986. Ken retired after 26 years serving as a dedicated soldier. He loved his job as a MSE Op and completed multiple tours in the Middle East, Bosnia, and Rwanda.

Ken is predeceased by his father Joseph Ken Bellefontaine and is survived by his mother Helen and sister Debra; all from Comox.

Ken loved time outdoors hunting and fishing. He lived his last days the way he wanted; spending time with his friends at the Legion or the Griffin Pub, playing Keno and having a few beers. Ken had a huge heart and was always willing to help anyone in need.
