James Kevin Dorman

We are saddened to announce the death of JAMES (KEVIN) DORMAN - Mar 21, 1957-May 27, 2024. Kevin passed away after a short illness with cancer. He is survived by his daughter Amber-Jade Dorman and grandson Lincoln, mother Shirley (Judson) McGillivary, sisters Darlene, Janice and Lynn, brothers Randy, Tim, Brian and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and predeceased by his father George Dorman.

Kevin was born and stayed in Nanaimo his entre life. In his younger years he loved to hunt, fish and trap shoot and he was a pretty good shot at pool. Many pool games were played in the basement of the family home on Long Lake. Kevin also loved a good bar-room brawl. Kevin was a self-taught artist, loved wildlife pictures. Rest in piece brother you and Dad are together again.

A celebration of life will be held June 30th, 2321 Thomas Place Nanaimo BC
