Ian Mac Leod - November 7, 1946 ~ April 17, 2023

Sadly, our 76 year old brother has passed, April 17,2023. Family was by his side as he grasped the dying light. Dear son of Malcolm Mac Leod ( deceased) and Ann Nickerson (deceased), brother of Robert Mac Leod (Stephen), New York, sister to Margaret Mac Leod (Truly) (Jeremy Blackburn) of Saint John, N.B. Uncle to Allyson Hayward and Sarah Hayward of Vancouver B.C. A special farewell to Allan Mac Leod, Gordy Mac Leod. Cathy MacLeod, Cayle, Steve and Mark Hayward.

Ian’s strengths were his gentleness and kindness throughout his life. A special thank you to cousin Jo Ross, Debbie Mason and staff in the Nanaimo Palliative care unit: Dr Mc Gillivery and Dr Eggen for their continued care and support during Ian’s illness.

June 5th, 2023, Ian will be having a Sukhavati ceremony, 49 days after his passing at the Karma Changclub Ling Centre, 871 Young Street, Halifax. All are welcomed. ZOOM or in person. Please call 902-454-5335 for furthur info.
