It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Gracie Allen Mary McPhail on Saturday, 19 March, at the age of 82 after a short battle with cancer. Grace was born and spent her early years in Saskatchewan before joining the RCAF where she eventually met and married her life long love and partner Bob in 1961. Grace is survived by her husband, children Roberta, Connie (Tom), and James (Trish) along with her much loved grandchildren Alexander, Christina, AJ, Oli and Serina. Amazing Grace was a kind and gentle soul who enjoyed her family, friends, a game of bridge and even the odd glass of beer or wine. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Comox Valley Hospice Society. There is no service by request.
