It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Glen A Paul.  After a fierce 8 year battle from a workplace incident that left him with a debilitating spinal cord injury he is finally at peace.

Glen was predeceased by his Father Captain Jackie Paul and his Mother Grace Scott.

Glen was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping or just sitting around a fire enjoying music and having a beer or two.  Glen was born and raised in Nanaimo.  In 2004 he moved to Gibsons to start a new life with his soul mate Wani.  After a few years they moved to Quesnel and eventually returned to Nanaimo.  Glen has left behind his grieving family - his Wife Wani or “Dear” as he would call her, his two sons Kyle (31) and Tyler (26), his three stepchildren Chris, Deb and Katie.  He was papa to five wonderful grandchildren Khai (19) Brooklynne (16) Cameron (15) Hannah (13) Maisy (2) and one on the way.  His sister Sheryl Stephens and many nieces and nephews. He was the favorite uncle, the fun uncle.
