Frank was born on January 6th, 1941, in Stellarton, NS. He passed on November 11th with his wife, Lynne and daughter, Michele by his side.

Frank did not want a Celebration of Life and requested a Birthday Party to celebrate his life instead. His family invites you to join in the celebration on January 4, 2025, at the Comox Legion, Upper Hall from 1:00 pm to 3 pm.
