David Frederic Hall

May 25, 1937 - December 27, 2019

Dave passed away peacefully with his wife of 61 years, Pat, Daughter Val and son-in-law Dave Summers by his side. Thank you Dr Farias and nurse.

Dave was born in Kenora, Ontario and came to the Courtenay, Cumberland, Oyster Bay area with his grandparents around age 7. He and his best friend Don Shaw joined the navy. Dave returned to Campbell River 21 years later with his wife and daughter. He first worked at Snowden Camp and then BC Tel. He then ran the government wharf for about 13 years. He also was the last Harbour Master on this coast,

Dave has 4 grandchildren. Andre, Michelle, Richard and Ashley. There is also 9 grandchildren in Campbell River: Shanna, Kristen, Chase, Ernie, Ryanne, Jordan, Ryder, Josiah and Jaelynn. Also Dave Summers's daughter Brittany and his 6 grandchildren in Ontario.

Dave is survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters; Cliff, Ken, John, Loretta and Toy, and their Families. Nieces and nephews; Brett, Gordie, Theresa, John, Kim, Shane, Kyle and Tania. Also Pat's brother Bob (Barb) in New Brunswick and their sons, Ross and Dale.
