Carol-Lynn Gordon

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Carol-Lynn Marian Gordon announce her passing on January 11, 2021 at North Island Hospital, Courtenay.  

Carol-Lynn was predeceased by her father Frederick Clarkson, mother Yolanda Clarkson, brother Freddie Clarkson, and loving husband James Gordon.  She is survived by her daughters Ryan and Meagan, son Zachary, step-son Adam, brother Cliff (Cookie), and sister Lucy (Bill).

Carol’s larger than life personality carried her through time working in quality control at Dominion Glass in Hamilton, Ontario where she acquired many lifelong friends. Being the wife of a fisherman brought Carol to the Comox Valley, where she spent her time as a stay-at-home mom.  As an empty nester, she enjoyed spending her time soaking up the sun in Fort Myers, Florida - A place that she treasured. She was an outstanding mom, wife, and friend who always put others first.  Carol will always be remembered for her infectious laugh, zest for life, and the love for her dog Barney and grandpuppy Jersey.
