BEVERLEY AGNES BUTLER

April 11, 1937- July 3, 2025

We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Beverley Agnes Butler in Nanaimo B.C. at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her husband Ken Butler.

Bev is survived by her brother Jack MacMurray and sister-in-law Alvina, their children Tracy (Darrell Kaisner) daughter Finley: Trevor MacMurray (Anneka Herndon)

Bev was born in Calgary, AB where she spent many years participating in Scottish Country Dancing as well as Irish Dancing, and spent most of her career as a secretary working for an Oil Company. She travelled extensively through Europe, Asia,USA, Australia and New Zealand. Bev obtained her Amateur Radio Operator Certificate and was active with Ken in Radio Clubs. After retiring Bev & Ken moved to Parksville where she was active as chaperone for Miss Parksville Pageant, Daughters of the Nile and Eastern Star.

Bev was a wonderful, warm and generous person and will be dearly missed by her family and numerous friends.
