Audrey Melba Marsh

We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of our mother who slipped away peacefully, surrounded by her family.  She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years Michael Marsh, parents Charles and Alice Haverstick, Aunt Edith, sister Gladys Manness (Don) and brother Chas Manness (Jean).  Lovingly remembered by her daughters Susan Kramar (Alex), Cindy Walker (Tim), Diane Marsh and Michele Marsh, son Russ Marsh (Shelley), grandchildren Cory (Kai), Jamey (Emily), Kelsi (Cory), David (Josephine), Brittany (Bobby), Ben and Emily. Great-grandchildren Carina and Orah, brother Malcolm (Sylvia) and many loving nieces and nephews.  Special thanks to Dr. Gee, as well as the Emergency Room staff and Nurse Glen at Comox Valley Hospital, for their compassion and professionalism, helping us through this difficult time.

We are thankful to see restrictions beginning to relax so that we can all come together, to celebrate an amazing life. A life lived across 2 continents and 4 countries, raising 5 children while moving around the world to countless cities. It was a busy life, a long life and a life filled with time spent with family and so many friends. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.

We will be holding Mom’s celebration of life outside, at her home, 611 Crestview Drive, on Saturday, July 24, 2021 between 1 and 3 pm. Please RSVP to a family member if you are planning on attending so we can make certain our numbers are adhering to COVID protocols. 

Family kindly requests that if flowers are being sent no lilies be included in any arrangements.
