Wilma McKenzie

It is with sadness that we announce Wilma’s passing. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Rose McKenzie, she is survived by a multitude of cousins in the Piercy clan. Having endured tubucular meningitis as an infant, she carried on with the rest of her life in Wilma fashion.

She graduated from Comox high school and became a kindergarten teacher. She was very proud to be a Past Honoured Queen of Bethel #8 Jobs Daughters and Past Worthy Matron of Florence Chapter OES.

Wilma loved music and played the piano. She was always upbeat, never complaining about the hand she was dealt in life.

A huge thank you to all the special angels at The Views. Your love and compassion in caring for Wilma the past twenty-two plus years was unbelievable and greatly appreciated.

Wilma says God Bless you each and every one.
