Born in Toronto, Ontario on November 17th, 1956, Russell Robert Green passed away in Port Hardy, British Columbia on October 17th, 2018.

Russell is predeceased by his father Chris Sacrey in April 2009 and his brother Christopher Sacrey in July 2009.

He leaves behind his mother; Cecelia Sacrey, sisters; Mariane, Wendy (Paul), his brother Edward (Linda), nieces and nephews; Russell, Shawn, Jennifer, Scott, Jamie, Dylan, Dominic, Mekenzie, Kingston, Damien, Elyse and many friends across Canada and the United States.

Russell will be especially missed by Mayo, Ponnie and Banana.

Blue grass was Russell's life. Among his many talents, he played the guitar, banjo, mandolin and harmonica. He played and sang in the Coomb's Blue Grass Festival every year for 40 years.
