In addition to her professional achievements, Maimee found solace and joy in her Royston home, where she tended to her beloved garden with care and dedication, reflecting her love for beauty and organization. She cherished her friendships, enjoying time with her Bridge Club and the University Women’s Club, as well as traveling the world with good friends.

Maimee’s own words encapsulate her outlook on life: “Shed no tears. I have been lucky. I enjoyed my family and friends and loved my life. I loved the opportunity I had to create – in my job and my activities. I loved any opportunity I had to be needed.”
